PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS
Win a Hunting Rifle – Refrigerated Trailer Campaign
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Venilicious (Pty) Ltd (“the Promoter”), a company duly registered in the Republic of South Africa.

2. Competition Period
The competition will run for a period of 6 (six) weeks leading up to and during Huntex 2026:
Start Date: 20 March 2026
End Date: 27 April 2026 (close of Huntex 2026)
Only qualifying entries received within this period will be considered.
3. Eligibility
This competition is open to South African residents aged 18 years or older and legally eligible to possess a firearm.
Employees, directors, and immediate family members of the Promoter, as well as anyone involved in the competition, may not enter.
4. How to Enter
Participants must book and pay in full for a refrigerated trailer before 27 April 2026. Minimum rental period is 4 (four) consecutive days.
Entry allocation:
Every 4 (four) days = 1 (one) entry. Entries accumulate based on total rental days.
Example:
4 days = 1 entry
8 days = 2 entries
12 days = 3 entries
Maximum entries available: 108
Entries are only valid once full payment is received and the booking is confirmed and not cancelled.
5. Cancellation Policy
Any cancelled booking will result in the associated entry being null and void. No entries will be allocated for unpaid or partially paid bookings.
6. Minimum Sales Threshold
At least 75% of entries (81 out of 108) must be sold by 27 April 2026.
If this is not achieved, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, extend, or substitute the prize.
7. Prize
The prize is 1 (one) Winchester M70 .375 H&H Safari Express hunting rifle.
The prize is subject to the Firearms Control Act 60 of 2000. The winner must successfully apply for and obtain a firearm licence for the prize.
The Promoter does not guarantee licence approval and is not responsible for application costs, competency certification, or delays.
The Promoter will not apply for a firearm licence on behalf of the winner, and the application process remains the sole responsibility of the winner.
If the winner cannot obtain a licence or is disqualified, the Promoter may select another winner or offer an alternative prize.
The prize is not transferable and not redeemable for cash. The firearm will be transferred via a licensed dealer in accordance with South African law.
Storage and Licensing Deadline:
The winner is required to successfully obtain a firearm licence for the prize on or before 30 April 2027.
Should the winner fail to obtain the required licence by this date, any storage fees charged by the licensed firearms dealer will be for the winner’s account.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any storage costs incurred beyond a reasonable period following the draw date.
8. Winner Selection & Draw
Draw date: 24 September 2026
Winner selected by random draw
Draw conducted via a live online draw
The winner will be contacted within 5 business days. If unreachable within 10 business days, another winner may be selected.
9. Data Protection (POPIA)
By entering, participants consent to their information being used for competition administration and marketing.

10. Publicity
The winner agrees to allow use of their name and/or images for marketing purposes without compensation.
11. General
The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any participant for fraud or non-compliance. All decisions are final.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury, or for firearm licensing issues.
13. Governing Law
This competition is governed by South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act and Firearms Control Act.
